Getting your new artwork to you safely is super important to me! Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and returns.

Shipping Information

Processing Time I carefully package each piece by hand, so please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order ships. Custom pieces and larger works may take a bit longer – I’ll keep you updated!

Shipping Methods & Times

  • Standard Shipping – 5-7 business days – $[X]
  • Express Shipping – 2-3 business days – $[X]

  • Free Standard Shipping – On orders over $[X]

International Shipping I love sending my art around the world! International shipping is available to most countries:

  • Processing time: 2-5 business days
  • Delivery time: 7-21 business days (depending on location)
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and size

Please note: International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes in their country.

Packaging & Care Every piece is packaged with love and serious attention to protection:

  • Acid-free tissue paper and backing boards for prints
  • Bubble wrap and sturdy mailers or boxes
  • “Fragile” and “Handle with Care” labels
  • Waterproof outer packaging
  • Tracking included with all shipments

Delivery

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can follow your package’s journey right to your door!

Delivery Issues If your package doesn’t arrive when expected:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Look for delivery notices
  • Contact me within 7 days and I’ll help track it down
  • For lost packages, I’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue

Damaged in Transit If your artwork arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the package and artwork immediately
  • Contact me within 48 hours
  • I’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • Keep the damaged item until we’ve resolved the issue

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy I want you to absolutely love your new artwork! If you’re not completely happy:

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery
  • Condition: Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • Process: Contact me first to start the return process
  • Custom/commissioned work: Sorry, these are final sale due to their personal nature

How to Return

  1. Email me at [your-email] with your order number and reason for return
  2. I’ll provide return shipping instructions and a prepaid label (for eligible returns)
  3. Package the item securely in original packaging
  4. Ship within 7 days of receiving return instructions

Refunds

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after I receive the returned item
  • Refund method: Original payment method
  • Shipping costs: Non-refundable (unless the return is due to my error)
  • Return shipping: Customer responsibility (unless item arrived damaged/incorrect)

Exchanges Want to swap for a different piece? No problem!

  • Contact me within 30 days of delivery
  • Same return process applies
  • You’ll cover return shipping + new shipping costs
  • Size/price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly

Special Circumstances

Wrong Item Sent Oops! If I sent you the wrong piece:

  • Contact me immediately
  • I’ll arrange pickup of the wrong item
  • Express shipping of the correct item at no charge
  • Full refund if you prefer

Defective Items If there’s a quality issue with your artwork:

  • Take photos and contact me right away
  • I’ll provide a prepaid return label
  • Full refund or replacement – your choice

Lost Packages If your package goes missing:

  • I’ll file a claim with the shipping carrier
  • Once resolved, I’ll send a replacement or provide a full refund
  • This process can take 7-14 business days

Custom & Commission Work

Special Terms for Custom Pieces

  • Approval process: You’ll see progress photos and approve the final piece
  • Changes: Minor adjustments included; major changes may incur additional costs
  • Timeline: Discussed and agreed upon before starting
  • Payment: 50% deposit to start, 50% on completion
  • Returns: Custom work is final sale once approved and shipped

Can I change my shipping address after ordering? If your order hasn’t shipped yet, absolutely! Just email me ASAP with your new address.

Do you ship to PO boxes? Yes, but I recommend a street address for larger pieces or expedited shipping.

What if I’m not home for delivery? Most carriers will leave packages in a safe location or with a neighbor. You can also arrange to pick up from a local depot.
